WW1 A Soldier’s Blog
Here is another timely link from Kevin Jarrett where you can learn about the life of a soldier from World War One.

WW1: Experiences of an English Soldier is a blog that gives us an idea of what such real-time sharing might have looked like. It chronicles the life of William Henry Bonser Lamin, an English soldier in World War I, based on his writings to family and loved ones during the first World War. What’s cool about this project is that the letters are being shared (blogged) exactly 90 years to the day after they were written. You can start at the beginning and catch up, or jump in midstream. Does Harry live or die? What is he feeling as the war wears on? How do his experiences change him? It’s all there, again, posted as it happened, exactly 90 years ago.
This could be useful for your inquiry about Anzac Day.
