This video clip on TVNZ’s website is about kids at Pt England School in Auckland. Check out what they are doing with ICT and ask yourself some serious questions about why we aren’t doing this. We started to get there a few years ago when Hamish was in our class but nobody seems prepared to tak on the challenge. Any takers?

Thank you for mentioning us on your very cool blog.
One of the reasons you aren’t doing the same things as Pt England is probably because you have all come from different primary schools. You probably have learned a wide variety of different things in Years 1-6 and it takes a while to find out what your combined skills are. Whereas at PES everyone is working towards the kinds of things you saw on that video, so they can start building the skills required from Year 1.
